Welcome to the WELS Staff Ministry web site! This website offers information
about WELS Staff Ministry and resources for WELS Staff Ministers.
Staff Ministry is a form of ministry in the WELS. Churches typically
extend calls to Staff Ministers to fill a special need within their
church. They often fill needs in one or more of the following areas:
Member Care, Administration, Parish Education, Youth Ministry,
Evangelism, and Music Ministry.
